In case you’re wondering where all your friends are going on Friday nights, let me inform you. They’re all at the No Bull Saloon on Renton’s eastern slope, no doubt, just off Sunset Blvd.

From the street, the No Bull is unassuming and small looking, but once you see their humongous sign halfway up the Sunset hill, pull in and check this place out! You’ll be surprised at how massive the interior is here. You’ve probably passed the place a zillion times, thought about stopping in, but never have. Well, now’s your chance. Believe me when I tell you, this place is hoppin’ on Fridays.

The crowd is super fun and nice, easy to meet – you’re sure to leave with several new friends. Ty Franzer, owner, is one of the coolest dudes you’ll ever know and he makes it a point to fraternize with his patrons on a regular basis. They all know and love him. He returns the love by providing some of the sexiest bartenders and best food and drinks he can muster up.

Kristi, the new karaoke host, says Ty is a “crazy guy” who “really gets ‘em going.” Kristi has recently been installed by Karr Productions (www.karrproductions.com) as the pioneer karaoke host to introduce karaoke to the No Bull Saloon audience and so far she’s been a huge hit! Everybody loves this girl. She fits in perfectly and has been officially accepted as one of the gang here. Her faithful singing enthusiasts come back every week to enjoy her new show, now just a couple months old. She runs an extensive CAVs system bursting with 11,000+ song selections, and the music is loud and clear. We’ve unleashed a monster at the No Bull Saloon, producing and cultivating a brand new band of karaoke lovers. And fun? Whoa! Talk about letting down your guard – these folks know how to party! Whether you’re a type A personality, type B, C, D or Z, you’re going to love the atmosphere here people! Kristi’s stage persona is easy-going and lighthearted. She exudes people skills brimming with creative appreciation for music and a caring personality. She truly loves her following and it shows in her dealings with each and every one of them, and she gets it back ten-fold. Her voice is amazing, in fact she just signed on with a popular local band, The Brickhouse Band, as a front singer. She’s just a tiny, little thing, but her talent and stage presence is big enough for even the largest room. Her Friday nights are dedicated to providing a rip-roaring karaoke atmosphere for everyone on the hill and beyond.

Ty says he appreciates the crowd that hangs out at his bar saying, “There are never any fights or arguing here.” The people are lively and polite.

Come in and check out the food at the No Bull. They’ve put together a menu full of fan favorites including the ever-popular Italian Grinder, not to mention the wildly popular breakfasts, served all day long! Artichoke and spinach dip, poppers, nachos, soups, salads, rib and prawn baskets, burgers, wraps, fettucinis, calzones, pizzas and lots more make the No Bull the place for your next meal.

Weekly specials include, two tacos or enchiladas for $2.50 on Mondays, Tri-tip steak dinner for $12.99 on Tuesdays, Full rack of ribs dinner for $14.99 on Wednesdays, 12oz. Prime Rib dinner for $12.99 Thursdays, fresh fish and chips for $7.99 on Fridays, any sandwich and fries for $6.50 on Saturdays and ½ price, 15 inch pizzas on Sunday.
