RICKSHAW RESTAURANT; SEATTLE, WA Get your sing on at Rickshaw

Get your sing on at Rickshaw

By Ty Hughes

The Rickshaw is yet another infamous and longstanding karaoke house with claims to fame that date back decades. Patty continues the work she began at the Rickshaw over ten years ago – serving up the opportunity for Rickshaw’s ambitious karaoke crowd to release those endorfins.

With a little help from Joel, Patty and the Rickshaw on 105th in North Seattle provides a 7-day a week staple in many people’s lives… That’s right, karaoke baby! And they know how to do it right too.

First, you pack the house with bodies. Hopefully, they all enjoy music and singing along. Then you serve up some of the meanest cocktails on the planet and back it up with award-winning Chinese food served until closing time. This is exactly the recipe to get yourself noticed in the community and beyond.

The Rickshaw was voted best karaoke bar in 2007, and absolutely nothing has changed since then. Just two more years of practice and perfection. Don’t change a thing!

Patty’s song selection is muy grande indeed, but her rotation is nearly as large as her library of songs. These people flat LOVE to sing, and they’ll do it well into the night.

The bar and the restaurant fill to capacity with a diverse, young and friendly crowd. Even while Brooke was up singing, her friend admitted that the Rickshaw is a mega-karaoke bar, and they love coming here.

Becca took the mic after a fun performance by three ladies, whereby they cut loose and had a blast. You will too when you find yourself on the business end of Patty’s microphone.
