Northwest Premier Singer’s Showcase II coming in October

Attention: Singers, Entertainers & Performers!

Summer 2006 is now in full gear and there have been so many great events and contests going on all over the Puget Sound area. We have continuously pursued new creative ideas and original features to keep our publication interesting and appealing. We’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all our readers who give us suggestions, support, and encouragement.

The Pacific Northwest has an abundance of excellent singers, karaoke hosts, contest winners, musical entertainers, etc. After a successful undertaking of the first ever NW Premier Singer’s Showcase held in March, we are pleased to announce our second event showcasing the Northwest region’s premier talent.

The Northwest Premier Singer’s Showcase II is not a contest or competition, it is a show designed to entertain and call attention to the excellent talent this area has to offer.

The first event was held at Spice Restaurant & Lounge located on the corner of 5th Avenue and Bell Street, directly under the monorail in downtown Seattle. Their address is 2301 5th Ave; tel: 206-770-0606. Spice owner, Nazir, has graciously invited us to feature this event again at his restaurant which offers a broad variety of delicious Pan Asian, East Indian, and Latin cuisine. The lounge is spacious and sparkling, and the bar and wait staff are ready to assist you in having a wonderful evening.

The event will be hosted by The Karaoke & Live Entertainment’s very own Fred Umayam. Fred has been working hard to organize and promote this event, working closely with Spice Restaurant to make sure the event becomes a magnificent evening for the performers and the audience.

We will be inviting 10 singers to perform their best songs in rotation. Each performer will sing two songs for the evening. A short biography of each of the singers will be read before they perform their first song. The venue will include dinner and a show. Each singing performer will receive a complimentary dinner for their contribution. They will be requested to bring at least five of their family members or friends to join them for the evening. Dinner starts at 6:00pm and the show begins at 7:00pm, continuing until about 9:30-10:00pm.

The Karaoke & Live Entertainment Guide looks forward to an evening of delicious food, great times, and excellent entertainment. We are thrilled to put this program together to showcase this region’s talent. We cordially invite you to join us for this second event at Spice Restaurant & Lounge on October 1, 2006. Even if you don’t know any of the singing performers, you will most certainly enjoy the dinner and show. Based on the success of the first event, reservations are recommended.
