Rocky & Kristine’s Karaoke Corner: Tuesdays at Ozzies

Nice to see you’ve decided to join us again this month! Welcome to the Northwest’s best and ONLY comprehensive karaoke magazine.

Now that the sun is shining, everyone is out in full force enjoying events like car shows, Lake Steven’s AquaFest, Arlington’s Fly-In, or looking forward to the Evergreen Idol Finals. With everything going on, it’s hard to get bored on these warm summer nights.

Ozzies in Seattle is hosting a contest on Tuesday nights, so you know we had to see about the buzz. Deanna, the most beautiful hostess, was at the helm, and everything was running smoothly when we arrived.

Ozzies contest is very informal. Basically, there are secret judges throughout the night who pick their top four. At midnight, they announce the winners, award gift certificates, cool T-shirts and swag. These competitors are formally invited back to finals night, August 28, 2012, where the best singers will be awarded $500 in cash and prizes!

Congratulations to that night’s qualifiers; Heather, Stephanie, Alan and Brian, all coming back to sing for that cash!

We enjoyed a fun light show, the large dance floor, and great song selection too. The sound is always great at Ozzies, and the drinks were plenty strong. Ozzies always seems to attract a young, good-lookin’ crowd, and tonight was no exception. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun. Deanna won’t leave anyone out. Contest or not, we always love the karaoke at Ozzies. We always have a memorable time.

Next time you’re downtown Seattle, any night of any week, be sure to stop by Ozzies and see why their karaoke is one of Seattle’s longest running shows.
