RockTheBlues.com and the Hard Rock Seattle hosted an all-star jam on Sunday, July 11 to benefit Seattle musician Norm Bellas and friend Steve Randel. Titled Rock n’ Blues, performing artists included the School of Rock West Coast All Stars, plus original members of Bad Company, Heart, Paul Rodgers, Spike and the Impalers along with many familiar Northwest Performers.
Hosted by the bubbly Kaci Aitchison of KCPQ News (who can also sing by the way), those fortunate enough to attend laid witness to some of the most incredible talent the Seattle area has to offer, including RAIL, Randy Hansen, Lynn Sorenson, Aury Moore, Jeff Kathan, Eddie Mendoza, Devorah and many, many more in an intimate and up-close jam session that rocked the Hard Rock Seattle well into the night.
RockTheBlues.com’s Gary Draper organized the show, another in a long line of fabulous events, packed with top-notch, local music talent.
The Hard Rock Café in Seattle proved to be a perfect venue for the long-awaited Rock ‘n Blues show. Just a stone’s throw from the Pike Place Market, a rock-savvy audience shuffled around the bar enjoying a myriad of retired music-related artifacts from Elvis to Madonna to Nat King Cole. The bar and stage is just one of three bountiful floors of food, fun and awesome memorabilia.
